02/18/2023 || PPG Digimon Event

Home stretch, we're almost done with the recent VoDs!....

And we get to do this one, bleh. Ok, so this was a PPG tournament that was essentially the last and only real event before NA nationals, while it had a chance to win a flight voucher and some boxes of BT11 most folks were just seeing it as practice for Nats, but I was in a rough head space at the beginning, made some stupid misplays early, and has some kind of unpleasant opponents, and a really effed up judge call early that soured me.

But eventually I found my groove and got some decent practice in, but, yeah, not my favorite event. Though I do stand by our little chatting sessions in-between rounds when Hung, Kris and I mostly just talked about how Shoutmon X7 is a trap and not worth playing, don't worry we had some positive conversations too, that one just stands out to me.
