12/06/2022 || I Have Literally Never Played Dwarf Fortress

Dang it, I wrote this once already and I guess it didn't save, oops.
First off, this game was provided by the developer.

Well, after more than a decade hearing people talk about this game but just being entirely unable to play it because the graphics made by brain break, a version I can play is finally here, and... how is it some how more and less understandable than I'd expected? Like, I can see that this is essentially just an absurd rabbit hole that a certain class of nerd ADORE, but it has enough approachability that it feels like anyone can at least try it once.
