02/04/2023 || Dwarf Fortress || "Raining" Blood

Ok, this fort had some issues, not the least of which being I'm pretty sure it ended up in a failure cascade because cavern dweller invaders just kept spawning directly on the same spot when I tried to clear them out?

So, the raining blood thing. So, at some point a TON of blood ended up all over the front of this fort, and I'm still not sure why, cus no one by that name died, and it was a like.... this person is 100% dead, amount of blood. It got to the point that I was afraid my region had somehow become evil, but eventually it cleared up.

But then after I installed a well everyone kept giving me errors for not having a water source so I checked the well, and what the hell why is is surrounded by pools of that one dwarf's blood?! Well, I thought somehow the well was filled with it, so I moved to a different cavern level, nope, same problem. During this stream I realized, finally, that no, not cursed, every dwarf is just COVERED in this one guy's blood, and them using the wells to clean off blocked other's from using it, resulting in the errors.
